Role & Responsibility Handle daily boutique operations and sales. Implement business plan to store in order to achieve or exceed assigned sales target.  Build trust relationship with customer. Ensure positive customer experience at all time. Train, motivate and develop sales staff to provide superior standard of service and ensure boutique succession. The incumbent will work in the boutique store, 6 days a week.   Job Specification Male/Female, age around 26-30 years old Bachelor’s degree in a related field At least 3 years’ experience in boutique operations for high-end clothing products  Good command of spoken and written English Self – motivated, strong leadership and organizing skill
