Requirement: Corporate Secretary
Chefsxp it the NO MARKUP food delivery company currently representing over 100 restaurants throughout Bangkok…..requires the assistance of a Corporate Secretary. Salary will depend on skills, qualifications and potential. This position has excellent growth potential for the right candidate.
Essential Functions:
-Performs secretarial tasks for GM and MD;
-Schedules and coordinates appointment calendars for GM and MD; Makes meeting arrangements and minutes of the meeting;
-Coordinates the flow of paperwork including periodic and special reports between department heads;
-Types and edits drafts;
-Basic translation of internal documents;
-Maintains staff personel files;
-Makes travel arrangements;
-Makes daily bank deposits and maintains accurate cash report;
-Performs Personal Assistant duties for GM and MD on special occasions, client meetings/outings, as needed.
-Research suppliers.
Essential Abilities and Qualities;
-Communicate effectively in English;
-Act independently and logically to implement directions of GM and MD;
-Computer literate
-Energetic, positive, outgoing, dependable, and well organized;
-Must be a Thai National, female, between the ages of 20 and 26
-Must have Business related degree from recognized university
-Must have solid personal reference
